Launched a blended, multi-tiered global Onboarding Program for new hires entitled, "Hiring the Best" that resulted in decreased global ILT by 50% and a 15% increased participation rate. The program consisted of needs analysis of existing program, development of learning strategy, program management, program design, graphic design, implementation, communications, working with SMEs, cross-collaboration with other HR teams to develop a blended learning solution that resulted in virtual training, infographic, multimedia (graphics, video, audio) development, and data reporting for continuous improvement.
