Evaluation Strategy: Revamp Onboarding Program

My team and I had the opportunity to revamp the current onboarding program. The current program was outdated, regions across the globe were not onboarding new hires with consistent messaging, and the program was not sustainable. Through cross-collaboration with other HR teams, we developed an evaluation strategy to relaunch the program with consistent messaging, updated content, developed a blended learning solution to cater to different types of learning styles and to be flexible with new hire schedules, and to improve the overall learning experience as a whole.
