During my time at Mandiant, my team and I developed an ILT leadership course entitled, "Manager as Coach," a transformative learning experience designed to empower leaders with the essential coaching skills needed to excel in their roles. This ILT was strategically crafted to foster the development of a coaching culture within the organization. This immersive program equipped leaders with the knowledge, tools, and techniques to seamlessly integrate coaching principles into their leadership style, resulting in enhanced team engagement, performance, and overall organizational success.
